The judging will take place on Saturday, June 19, 2010 at 10:00 am at Marsh Field. The Dam Festival has the rights to any or all pictures taken during this event.

Please return this form to the Monroeville Administrative Offices, PO Box 156 Monroeville, Ohio 44847 ( 2 South Main St),  no later than noon on Friday, June 18th.
